A real conversation
4.2 Refunds. Enterprise customers may request a prorated refund within thirty (30) days of the invoice date for any unused service period. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to billing@company.
After the thirty-day window, refunds shall be issued as service credits applicable to subsequent billing periods. No cash refunds are available outside this window.
4.3 Disputes. Customers wishing to dispute a charge must do so within sixty (60) days. The Provider will respond to all dispute requests within five (5) business days...
